Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales / Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, identifying business opportunities and driving revenue growth by promoting BA Technology's IT services, digital solutions, and business offerings to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns and market research.
Reach out to prospective B2B clients to introduce BA Technology's services and schedule meetings, presentations or demos.
Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology and business solutions.
Follow up with prospects regularly to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
* Experience in lead generation, cold calling and client acquisition.
* Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Strong interpersonal, presentation and follow-up skills.
* Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions or digital transformation services will be an advantage.
